For captains

Captains can register their teams online during the designated registration period. For the 2025 season, team rosters will be available starting March 3rd, with registration open from Dec 15th, 2024 until March 1st, 2025. League dues must be paid before the first match.

Yes. Captains are responsible for confirming match details (e.g., location, time, court type) with the opposing team captain at least four days in advance. On match day, captains must bring the official lineup, ensure sportsmanship, and report scores online and manually to the commissioner after the match.

Winning captains must submit scores online to maintain accurate records. This includes entering match results on the website and confirming that scores reflect wins and losses accurately.

Blackout dates are days when a club cannot host matches (e.g., due to events or maintenance). Captains should confirm blackout dates with their clubs and submit them by Feb 20th of each year for spring season. This will ensure that your team will not be slotted as Home team on those days.

The home team captain is expected to provide ITF-approved balls, water, and light refreshments, like snacks or Gatorade, for both teams to enhance the match experience.

Pro Tip: Match play starts promptly at 8:30 am, so we encourage all players to arrive early, warm up, and be ready for action!

For Player

You can join a team by registering through the RRL online platform during the registration period. Players can self-register or be added to a team by the captain before the season starts. There is no fee for individual player membership.

Captains can only enter scores. Players are not allowed to enter scores, however they have access to real-time tracking and progress updates.

Match play usually starts at 8:30 am, so we recommend arriving early for warm-ups. Please coordinate with your team captain to confirm match day details.

Players should bring their own equipment, appropriate attire, and any necessary personal items. For home matches, the hosting team will provide balls, water, and light refreshments. Any specific club rules should be communicated to opponent team (ex. dress code, court etiquette etc.)

League rules, player eligibility, and match format guidelines are available on the https://leagueplanit.com/eligibility-for-play/. All players are encouraged to review the rules to ensure fair and enjoyable play.
